Metal Enclosed Switchgears
The product is a medium voltage switchgear designed for use in energy production facilities, substations, renewable energy plants (such as wind and solar), and critical infrastructure like hospitals, hotels, shopping centers, and business centers where uninterrupted power supply is essential. It features a modular, metal-enclosed design that allows for easy expansion, assembly, and disassembly. The switchgear is suitable for remote monitoring and control systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. It includes advanced safety mechanisms such as mechanical interlocks to prevent incorrect operations and utilizes SF6 technology for load-break switches, disconnectors, and circuit breakers, ensuring reliable performance. The compact design makes it ideal for use in medium voltage distribution transformer substations, including concrete and metal-enclosed monoblock centers. The product is manufactured in compliance with IEC standards, undergoes rigorous testing, and is designed for quick and safe commissioning.
Ring Main Units
This product is a compact and modular SF6 gas-insulated medium voltage (MV) switchgear unit (RMU) designed for advanced secondary distribution systems. It offers enhanced safety features and remote monitoring and control capabilities. Fully compliant with the IEC 62271-200 standard, it has undergone all required type tests in internationally accredited laboratories. Compatible with SCADA systems, the RMU utilizes a puffer system to direct SF6 gas onto the arc, ensuring safe and reliable switching operations.
The hermetically sealed pressure system ensures an SF6 gas leakage rate of less than 0.5% per year, and it operates at a low gas pressure of 1.05 bar. The earthing switch position can be visually checked through a monitoring window. Sequential interlocking systems prevent incorrect operations, and access to the cable and fuse compartments is only possible when the corresponding earthing switch is in the grounded position. Its compact design and modular structure make it suitable for use in concrete or sheet metal kiosks. Additionally, it offers a unique remote on/off control feature, even without a motor, if pre-configured. These features make it a reliable and user-friendly solution for medium voltage distribution networks.
Metal Clad Switchgears
This product is a metal-clad, air-insulated switchgear system designed for medium voltage applications up to 40.5 kV, fully compliant with the IEC 62271-200 standard. It is ideal for environments requiring maximum service continuity, such as power plants, utility substations, industrial facilities (e.g., cement and petrochemical factories), mines, airports, railways, and shopping malls. The switchgear is suitable for indoor use and provides control and protection for transformers, capacitors, and motors.
The system offers flexible and modular designs, ensuring optimized investment and adaptability to various project requirements. It features withdrawable-type switching devices that are easily replaceable between panels, simplifying maintenance and repair. The switchgear is designed for high safety and reliability, with resistance to high currents and short circuits (up to 31.5 kA for 3 seconds). It ensures a high level of personnel protection, as accessible compartments can be opened while other functional units remain energized. Additionally, it supports integration into remote monitoring and control systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
The compact and modular structure allows for easy selection of components tailored to specific applications. Maintenance and installation can be performed from both the front and back sides of the switchgear, ensuring convenience and flexibility. With its robust design, advanced safety features, and compatibility with demanding applications, this metal-clad switchgear system provides a reliable and efficient solution for medium voltage distribution networks.
